With over 25 years of experience in real estate transactions and four years of experience with the Office of Trade and Investment for California, John provides leadership to the Cypress Team through structured client support and personal attention to every detail in the search for a dream home.

John has developed a career dedicated to real estate and assisting clients relocating to Southern California. He holds graduate degrees in Real Estate Finance and International Business, as well as an undergraduate degree in Asian and Pacific Rim Studies. John resides in Manhattan Beach, California with his family and is active in the University of Southern California alumni program and the local chamber of commerce.

Elizabeth Bartley, Real Estate Broker, joined the Cypress Team in 2006. Elizabeth is a key contact for clients during the home search and transaction process. Her professional contribution includes escrow monitoring, preparing disclosures, spreadsheet analysis, office management, accounting, client communication, home staging, open houses, listing submissions, and Broker Opinions of Value.

Her reliability and dedication to clients help create a smoother transaction for buyers and sellers. As a Cypress Properties team member, Elizabeth is an invaluable resource in the purchase or sale of a home. Elizabeth currently resides in Claremont, California where she enjoys spending time with her family.
